Gordon Bruce

Gordon has demonstrated a passion for proactive promotion of health and safety while working with Petrofac for eight years. He regularly goes above the call of duty to build relationships with those when he feels he can help make a difference. Gordon leads by example by taking the time to get to know people, and motivating and inspiring them. In addition to his work activities, Gordon is also a commited and proactive charity worker for Aberdeen charity Somebody Cares, acting as event organiser, driver and helping in the shop. Through BP's relationship with Petrofac, BP endorses Gordon Bruce's nomination as an Olympic Torchbearer on the basis of the Olympic value of excellence- both in and out of the workplace.Gordon is very personable, hardworking, strives for excellence in everything he does and would be a very worthy bearer of the Olympic Torch.
