Would hope to inspire and encourage other young people to give back to the local community whether its fundraising or giving their time . Communities need volunteers especially young people as they are the life blood for the future .When my friends see me handing out flyers at the local carnival or helping in the Community Centre they ask me what i am doing and i always explain how important it is to be involved . It is very rewarding helping the Children Centre decorate their float for the local carnival helping the young children make the decorations for it. I am proud to help at fundraisers as the money raised goes straight back to my local community. I would like to think that my volunteering will stand me in good stead for the future Arranging Christmas event with lights & entertainment for all the family Decorating carnival float for local Childrens Centre Fundraising
