Garry's recent achivements and passion for fitness have inspired others to take up a more active lifestyle which makes us all happy people!Well after taking up triathlon 1 year ago i have surprised my friends family training buddies and more so myself in my achievements to date. Since Xmas 2009 i have shed nearly 4 stone stopped a 20/25 a day smoking habit and become ritual about my lifestyle that has inspired others. Often hearing comments like if Garry can do it we can!!! i have partaken in a number of Sprint and Olympic Distance races this season with my biggest achievements to date being at QE2 Sprint triathlon world championship qualifier (age group 35-39) where i would have qualified for beijing if knew to register. 4th at Liverpool Olympic tri 1st age group qualifying for US 5i50 champs and in 2 weeks time qualify for Euro champs in Eilat isreal April 2012
