Freya Cooper

Freya wants to be a doctor and has been volunteering over the summer at children's centres and has brought happiness to handicapped kidsI hope to become a doctor in the future and over the summer I've spent time with orgainisations including a child development centre and King's College Hospital to experience what it would be like to work somewhere like this. I also volunteer with St John's Ambulance to be able to help people if the circumstance arises and at Dulwich helpline which is befriending the elderly to bring joy to those who are now house bound. When I hopefully become a doctor I would want to encourage younger generations to get involved so they might experience similar rewards or offer them work experience myself so that they also might be interested in a career in medicine. I encourage my friends to get involved where they can as I know how enjoyable it is .
