I think Eva deserves a moment to shine because she is an inspiring young woman, dedicated to her studies and work as well as to help others in need. Eva is a PhD student at Bournemouth University. Not only does she conduct cutting edge research on toxicology and its forensic applications, she is also regularly involved in charity fundraising. She regularly raises money for Cancer research by participating in the Race for Life (twice in 2010, once this year, and in the past has also parachuted for them). In 2008 she rollerbladed from Bournemouth, UK to Heckholzhausen, Germany, 1000 km in 11 days, in order to raise money for ' The Murry Foundation'. (www.themurryfoundation.co.uk). She also did a 9 mile walk to raise money for Isabel 's Hospice. This year, she walked for 35 hours to raise money for Victim Support (10 hours under pouring rain along Hadrian's wall). She has also spontaneously cycled for 15 hours without a break on a spinning bike at Bournemouth University to raise money for the Japan Tsunami via the British Red Cross.
