Ella-rose Sainsbury

Ella-Rose is a talented sportsperson always striving to do the best that she can. In primary school she captained the netball team and was the 1st girl to play in the football team in 15 years. She was awarded sports person of the year for 4 consectutive years. She is a member of the NI football development squad, plays gaelic football with her local club and is a valuable member of the school cross country and netball teams. She has an out going and friendly personality and enjoys forming new friendships through her involvement in sport and training as part of a team. Alongside striving for excellence in her chosen sports, she shows respect for others offering support and encouragement to her peers and is instrumental in helping classmates overcome any insecurities that they may have about theis own performances. She thoroughly deserves to carry the Olympic Flame
