Beth Tweddle is Britain's greatest ever gymnast. Three time World Champion, six time European Champion and seven time British Champion. When Beth took Britain's first ever World Title in 2006, she inspired a whole generation of young gymnasts. Her ability on Bars is where she has lead the way with her inventive and ever more difficult routines, making her into one of the World's most celebrated and popular female gymnasts. Beth's achievements have had a huge impact on the whole gymnastics community. Her pioneering medal-winning performances have been a substantial factor in paving the way for further elite success across the board, whilst her professionalism and desire to increase participation, opportunity and enjoyment in the sport, have made her the ultimate ambassador for gymnastics. Beth competed at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, the 2008 Games in Beijing and was given the MBE in 2010 for services to gymnastics.
