Dougie suffered the loss of a family member and became a committed charity fund raiser. He swimshe runs and he cycles. All for charity. I try to encourage people to be more active and be more involved with the people around them. i'd like to see people become more positive about how they feel about themselves and encourage others to be pro-active in their local community. show them giving up a bit of their own time for others can make them feel more positive within themselves. whether its via sport or teaching or just helping to organise and helping events that bring people together for a collective passion. i teach swimming for free every wednesday at eltham sports club i referee football in several leagues i have run 5 london marathons SWAM THE ENGLISH CHANNEL in 2008 completed ironman bolton this year for charities. i've hosted hall party events for cause's.
