Dot Fraser

Dot is one of the older members of LWAC but year after year wins more medals and almost then any other club member. She travels all over the UK and far beyond to compete, proudly sporting her Great Britain vest at all sorts of international meets. Dot competes as a sprinter on the track but also has a go at road running and cross country! Every club records over the age of 55 for sprinting is held by Dot. In 2010 she was silver medallist over 100m and 200m and won a bronze medal in the 400m for the V70 age group at the European Masters Track and Field Champs in Nyiregyhaza, Hungary. This year she competed in the World Masters in Sacramento, California where she came fifth in the 100m, seventh in the 200m and fourth in the 400m!! She is an all rounder who keeps going and going!!
