Dominique is definitely at the top of the list of the most inspiring people I know and admire and here are only some examples of his actions: he participated in a trail to raise money for Telethon, he is the treasurer of an athletic association and he passes on environmental advice to his fellow citizens. Dominique was a voluntary driver of one of the Tour de France bicycle vans. He also welcomes English students to his home one week per year. One of Dominique's achievements is his participation in a 'safety at work' competition, where he won 1st prize. Additionally, he participates in team races including "Grand Raid Diagonale des Fous" at the Réunion Island. He already applied to become a volunteer for the London 2012 Games, however, his candidacy was not retained. Following the Fukushima accident, Dominique was selected as a volunteer to help Japan with environmental issues and other potential risks.
