I was working as a waterskiing instructor. All of a sudden, a 64 knot wind started up, and chaos ensued. One boat towing a parasail was pulled away by the wind and the waves. Another wave came up and overturned the dinghy. I had managed to gather up the people who had fallen into the water, and was heading towards the shore when I saw the boy on the parafly unhook himself and fall 30 meters into the water. When we found him, he was unconscious. We loaded him onto the boat and headed to shore, where the ambulance was already waiting.
