Paul's nomination story

Since Paul competed for his country in the hammer throw he has supported hammer throwing in the UK religiously. He coaches athletes of all abilities in his free time and is always there to offer help and advice. He has been instrumental in making a success of 'The Hammer Circle' a national club for hammer throwers in the UK. This club has supported up and coming young hammer throwers, both girls and boys with funding for coaching and competition. He is an inspiration to many and still throws when he has time. He broke a British age record this year in the national Masters championships.

He also has supported my Multiple Sclerosis Charity over the past 5 years and all of the Maidenhead MS Branch are very grateful to him for his enthusiasm and unwavering support for the work we do. CR
