Dennis Cooper

I have always been a bit of a dreamer. Luckily I chased many of my dreams and found that they can come true. I was born in rural America but dreamed of seeing the world. Joining the Marine Corps was the first step in fulfilling that dream. Later in life I met my lovely Scottish wife and moved to Scotland making two of my dreams come true. Carrying the Olympic torch will be another dream that I never thought I would see become true. This dream is becoming reality through the support of the many great people I work with. Their nominations and votes have afforded me this great opportunity ? that of being an Olympic Torch Bearer for the 2012 Olympic Games. It is an honour that will stay with me for the rest of my life and proves yet again that your dreams can come true.
