Debra Toney

Coca-Cola is proud to recognize Debra Toney, Ph.D., RN, as a Torchbearer for the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay. Dr. Toney is the President and owner of TLC Health Care Services in Las Vegas, Nevada. TLC Health Care Services provides skilled home healthcare and personal care services at six locations across Las Vegas. Dr. Toney is also President of National Black Nurses Association and a member of numerous medical organizations within Nevada. She currently serves on the Nominating Group for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, has received, and frequently speaks on leadership, men and women's health, and policy and practice issues at the national and local levels. Dr. Toney's efforts and dedication for healthier communities makes her a worthy candidate to carry the Flame.
