Debbie Chessum

Debbie is an inspiration - every year she raises money for charities by running marathons, hosting race nights , coffee mornings etc. Numerous charities have benefitted including Meningitis Research; Brain Tumour Research; Asthma Research .This year she was team captain for the 24 hour Relay for Life. To aid fundraising she organised a coffee morning in the village and this alone raised £450.00. She is currently working hard to raise funds for the local village hall and has started a health club for residents to improve their fitness and well-being. She takes no payment for this giving her time and expertise . She makes a real difference to the community and is an excellent friend to many.
