Dean Gibson

Dean inspires everyone he meets through his extremely positive and caring nature. Approximately 7 years ago, the local cub pack was about to fold when Dean volunteered to be one of the two new leaders. In this role he gives up his own time every week, despite having two children himself, to provide a range of exciting activities for the cubs. In addition he runs the cub football team every saturday morning always the first to arrive and the last to leave. He ensures that all children have the opportunity of participating and that the matches are played in the most sporitng of manners. Moreover, he also helps with the beavers as well as lending a hand with the scouts. He is known by so many people in the local area, having the respect of everyone of whatever age. He is an active member of the local church and helps at different community fundraising events. he is a wonderful role model.
