Dave Williamson

Dave takes part in Parkrun (parkrun.co.uk) every saturday without fail. He travels away to most parkruns and often volunteers as a pacer encouaging other runners to set new personal bests (PB'S). He will stay afterwards and talk to other runners and give advice to them , especially any newcomers. Dave is a great role model for his children as the whole family joins him at Parkrun and are keen runners, Hannah who is 10 has started doing Parkruns and has already completed 10 and is soon to receive her 10 Runs t shirt, while Ben who is 6 runs and walks with his mum Judy. He is very enthusiastic and passionate about running, he is in Kippax harriers and ran the London Marathon for the third time in April 2011.
