Dave Sudron

I cannot think of a more unselfish person than Dave. His commitment to wrestling is second to none. Dave strives to better himself daily and inspires others around him to do the same. By teaching wrestling to local kids I believe he is providing a real service to the community: keeping kids out of mischief and teaching them how to play fair and follow rules, in the process giving them greater self-confidence.

As a wrestling referee since 1994, Dave has travelled a great deal to cover events. He took great pride at being selected to referee the Delhi Commonwealth Games and Beijing Olympics.

Dave gets a great deal of pleasure when the kids he teaches do well in smaller events. He has a formidable passion for what he does. As well as his own club he has been instrumental in helping other clubs setting-up, lending his time and equipment selfishly.
