David has made considerable effort with great success to improve his health as a result of his diabetes. He has lost a considerable amount of weight through diet and exercise. His personal bests are constantly improving in gym and running work. He spends time encouraging colleagues who are looking to improve their health, fitness and well being - something that can often go un-noticed. Overall, he is a great example to improve fitness and wellbeing. He is a role model for BT and those around him.
