Dan Thomas

Daniel, despite a speech difficulty which means he still visits Great Ormond Street Hospital, helps to coach junior players at Saffron Walden cricket club and also is a volunteer helper at Saffron Screen community cinema. Whilst he plays cricket for the adult mens 5th team, he captains & plays in a disability cricket team that has just been formed. I cannot think of a nicer & more deserving person to have the honour of carrying the torch.
