Daniel Purnell

Daniel is a Young Adistar Ambassador and he has been very helpful assisting the 5x60 officer at Cardigan Secondary School. He has always enjoyed sport and has been a member of the Cardigan Swimming Club, gymnastics club and the surf life saving club. He has played rugby for Cardigan RFC since the age of ten, and now plays for Ceredigion schools. He is still an active member of the Poppit surf life saving club and he became Welsh Champion in two events at this years' championship. He is following the BTEC PE course this year and has already coached a variety of sports. He has shown himself to be a good leader, inspiring younger pupils to participate in a wide variety of extra-curricular sporting activities, and offering support to staff in the PE department as well as to the 5x60 officer.
