Daniel Owens

Daniel is thirteen years of age. Since the age of seven, he has raised thousands of pounds for Zoe's Baby Hospice in Liverpool. Zoe's Baby Hospice offers respite and palliative care for babies from birth up to the age of five years. Daniel has undertaken various fundraising activities including sponsored swims, collecting 20p coins and raffling items. Three years ago Daniel wrote to hundreds of celebrities requesting autographed items that could be auctioned to raise money. He received over two hundred items which were subsequently auctioned at special events aimed at raising the best auction price for this special hospice. Daniel always has a table at the Hospice Summer Fair and has progressed from selling his toys when he was younger to now purchasing items and having his own tombola stall. Daniel is currently writing to toy manufacturers requesting a donation towards having a special Toy Raffle for Christmas 2011.I am now fourteen years of age.
