Dan Mccormack

Dan is the head chef at the HI Hull marina and works very hard doing 70 hours a week. He is a very caring father who continually gives up the little free time he has to help out local charities. Mainly the local radio charity the Smile Foundation. Over the last year Dan has helped the Smile Foundation put on 7 Devils Kitchen events which of the 5 held in our hotel raised around £25,000 and across all of them raised aropund £50,000. Dan has also been instrumental in aiding the Childrens University which gets school children into the hotel and teaches them about fitness and a healthy diet. Dan never seeks praise for the time he gives up so willingly but it would be great for him to get this level of recognition.
