Dan is a customer hero, every day Dan will bring back news of how a customer had an issue or request, and Dan would look into it, fix it and then tell the customer to make sure they are happy. .Dan is so dedicated to creating the best customer experience - today we had the board of Lloyds Banking Group visiting the Network Operations Centre. Unfortunately, a home emergency struck as water pipes burst in Dan's house just before the Lloyds team arrived, and Dan's heavily pregnant wife was trapped at home and unable to stop the leak. Dan rushed back home to stop the leak and took his wife to her parents, rather than fixing his house, as his immediate concern was to make sure the customer had a great day. he has been providing sound equipment and presentations to the local church fete for over 30 years, he also provides sound for the local fireworks display. In the past he provided sound and light training to underprivileged children in the Coventry and Reading areas.
