by encouraging kids to develop a passion for rowing and giving them a phenomenally supportive environment in which to do soIn the future I hope to continue my passion of watching others enjoy their success in sport at all levels and feeling that I've been a part of getting them to reach their goal. I'm the head coach of junior rowing at the Lea Rowing Club in Hackney London. This job allows me to run community based rowing projects for children living in inner London and provide a safe club environment outside sometimes disruptive schools and homes for children aged between 10 and 18. While at the club the children develop physically mentally technically and socially and strive to realise their sporting potential. I am proud doing what I do and my dream goal is to continue to coach teach mentor and inspire children to be the best that they can be.
