Dale Howting

Dale has lived in Sittingbourne all his life. He will turn 77 this year. For the past 20 odd years he has raised money for local charities. He raises money by cycling on his static bike in the heart of the town. Although in his younger years he cycled to France. So far, he has raised £225,000 and continues to do so. He has a goal of getting to a quarter of a million pound in the next 5 years. Dale is a well known figure in the town, always smiling, always has time for passers by that contribute to his collection. Dale is a very proud patriot and a great royalist. A true Brit!!
