Over the alst 6 years, Craig has transformed himself from an overweight sedentary individual, someone incapable of running further tham 100 yards to a 5-stone lighter marathon runner - a person who is continually striving to improve, both personally and professionally. As a family mand with two healthy children, Craig has raised almost £5000 for children less fortunate, namely a local 4 year old girl, Charlotte who suffers from a rare blood disorder called Diamond Blackfan Anaemia (DBA) and also for a national children's charity, Tommy's. Craig's running ecploits have inspired his peers to put on their own running shoes and take up the running challenge, from 5k to marathon, something which they would not necessarily have contemplated previously
