Courtney Limb

Courtney has type 1 Diabetes. This does not stop her fullfilling her passion of all sports. Her dream is to represent England one Day.I am 13 years old and was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when I was 6 and half years old. I am now on four injections a day. My passion is sportI was picked by my previous school to attending a multi-skills week and I now meet up with other talented children in sport 3 times a year in Lincolnshire to learn more about sport. I love all sport especially football. I have played since I was seven. I started off at grass roots played in a mixed team and I am now an elite player at Lincoln Ladies Centre of Excellence. My goal/dream is to play for England Ladies. The point I'm making is that even though I have Diabetes it doesn't stop me enjoying sport if anything it helps. My friends don't believe I'm diabetic. Have dreams and aim high.
