Colin Rouse

Colin has a real passion for sport. He is an important member of the Sport 4NRG team. He got his role through luck (involved member of parks dept) but has shown he is born for it. He knows he is lucky to be working in sport & his passion & enthusiasm for all things sport rubs off on the young people. He works evenings and weekends and sees his role as a vocation, not a job. He is a great role model because he always has a positive outlook on life. He respects the young people and he emphasises with them how difficult it must be growing up. He takes his time to talk to all young people who attend, ensuring they want to return. He is excellent at planning and has delivered some great events to raise the aspirations of the young, deprived people.
