Clare Bredin

The Olympics is a time for all of us to share in the lifelong dreams and hopes of the athletes and their passion. We can all live our dreamsI want to run this relay in memory of my sister Jane Bredin. She rode twice for team GB Dressage and spent her whole life working towards her dreams. We were so proud to share those with her. Jane died suddenly at Easter this year of a heart attack. She was working towards her third games next year and actually died on horseback. Jane was an inspiration to many young people proving that it is possible to make your dreams come true. My own dream and goal is to re-kindle that inspiration in her place. She loved life so much and joining the relay would keep that Olympic spirit alive for all those people she helped and celebrate those values We only have one life - Jane lived hers to the full and I am passionate about doing the same
