Cindy Han

Six months ago, I was hired into a position recently held by Cindy Han. Despite being in a new position herself, she generously acted as a consultant for me on a complex project. Because she was willing to help me, in addition to learning her new role, we executed our functional project to successful completion more quickly, more accurately, and with greater cross functional partnership than we would have without her help. Cindy is the embodiment of excellence in teamwork. Her focus is clearly on doing what needs to be done in order to achieve the best outcome. The words "not my job" are not in her vocabulary. Although her attitude is pervasive in our department, her actions deserve recognition and I hope will serve as a model for others.
