Chris Price

A passion for running means my 19 year old son Chris successfully completed his first marathon in Edinburgh this year raising £230 for CHAS. He also participates in other running events, including the first 'Rabbies Run' 10K in Ayr, this May, finishing a credible 4th. He works full time with South Ayrshire Council in an adminstrative role, and studies for vocational and higher qualifications as he plans to graduate one day. He plays guitar to a high level, self taught from the age of 8, and copes without complaint with the chronic condition hydrocephalus, which was caused by a brain tumour at 17 months. He wants to continue to support charities, and promote 'ability beyond disability ' to himself and to others.
