He has devoted his day off to something that he thinks is a very worthwhile cause a local charity called Twinkle House. Chris has been working at Twinkle house on his day off since March 2010 racking up close to 500 hours worth of voluntary service, during his time there thus far he has worked with over 50-60 different children who possess a variety of different learning difficulties such as Autism, Asperges syndrome, Down's syndrome and ADHD. Twinkle house is a charitable organisation that is a vital member of local community, it was recently awarded an MBE for its services to its clients. The sessions provided by the centre are free. This makes life a lot easier and little stress free for the hour that parents can take their child there. The room consists of fibre optic lighting and various stimulants that allow the children to explore their individual capabilities, the room provides a safe environment in which the children can freely express how they are feeling and any problems they may have can then be dealt with.  Without voluntary help the centre would not succeed in providing the essential service it does and meet the needs of those it serves, hence why Chris's role within the centre is such an invaluable one. We have accommodated Chris's need to carry out this service and he is very appreciative of this. On a regular basis he talks about what he has been up to and his passion towards the work he carries out. Chris shows the same amount of passion to the roles he does in store, he can be relied on at all times to help out when needed, he is a passionate caring trustworthy & helpful team member  who never ceases to amaze  me with the amount of commitment that he shows to twinkle house and for someone who is only just 21 I think is just fantastic .
