Chris consistantly goes the extra mile to ensure his work is of the highest standards working harder and longer than he should sometimes. However he showed his true colours and inspires others to help out when he goes out of his way to help his colleagues by doing things like cook a meal for a large number of people at very short notice. people really appreciate what he does. Great leadership and inspiration shown.
