Chris Hedley

I want to nominate my son Christopher in 2009 I found out I was Pregnant Christopher was 19 years old his dad & myself decided to have our baby on October 7 2009 Joseph was born but he was not breathing & had to be resuatated & he had cerebral palsy he was in hospital for 5 weeks Christopher stayed with me all the time Joseph needed 24 hour care sadly Joseph died on the Febuary this year aged 16 months Christopher was with us all the way he was lovable brother . Christopher learnt how to do his brother physio & suction to clear his airways most kids his age would of been so caring he also did the great north run for scope & is doing it again this year. Christopher picked the music for Josephs funeral & played a guitar solo afterwards in front of everyone. Christopher kept us going even though he was grieving himself he is our hero.
