Christian Hommaire

Christian is dedicated to many worthy causes. Through his commitment to various associations, he helps and works closely with disabled people. His caring personality, altruism, and experience enable him to care for children, young people and adults with serious diseases. His motivation and natural athletic ability are driving factors for his membership of Alsace's EDF Group Telethon Steering Committee, which he joined in 2008. Christian is also a member of the "Dunes of Hope", where disabled people participate in races for able-bodied people and is a member and president of "Great Crossings" - an association that organises charity sporting challenges. Christian is inspired by the Olympic values and hopes to bring a group of young disabled individuals to the Paralympic Games.
