Christian Brookes

Christian is a truly inspirational individual. With a passion for sport of all kinds, he gives up his time freely to support local children in the community developing their skills. As part of the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme he is coaching local children in football and as a keen and active scout has grown from a reserved child into a dedicated and mature teenager. He now enjoys giving his time and energy to supporting others in achieving their sporting and personal goals. Whether it is football, athletics, tennis or snooker, with Christian it is not the winning that is important but simply the taking part, playing fair and giving it his best. Christian is a real ambassador for sport and others look up to him for their lead and inspiration. He would be extremely proud to represent his country and carry the Olympic torch.
