Since being diagnosed with MS, Charlotte has never behaved as if she is disabled. Importantly, a motivator of those around her who share her disease, but also hugely inspiring to all those who meet her, she challenges her condition by exploring the boundaries of her capability. This has involved, amongst several ambitious physical challenges, participating in the tall ships race and travelling the length of the Great Glen Way by tricycle. Since her diagnosis Charlotte has continued to fulfil her demanding role as a mother of four and has increased her participation in the local community as a member of the choir. Whilst dealing with the deterioration of her mobility she has continued to train in her profession as a psychoanalyst and is now fully qualified. As a member of the Society of Analytical Psychology she also plays an active role on the Council. Charlotte embraces life and encourages those around her to do the same.
