Charlie's nomination story

Charlie has set up a fundraising account for the hospital he has recently been treated at for a brain tumour during his GCSE exams. He hopes to inspire others by both raising money to give something back to the hospitals that have looked after him over the last 4 years and by becoming a doctor himself. He has recently been treated for a second brain tumour and had to revise around 5 weeks of radiotherapy at Clatterbridge Center for Oncology. He was determined to not let it stop me from getting good grades. He is helping to promote the Mersey Moonwalk and when his story was put on the hospital website he was contacted by Granada Reports who told his story and came to film. His GSCE results were 6A*s and 3As.
