Malcolm Mckee

Malcolm is a keen advocate of the outdoors, is very active in the Scouting movement in Surrey, and their leading bushcraft advocate.Malcolm leads the 1st Ashtead Gardiner Scout Troop (36 scouts, 11-14 years old) and leads and organises a wide range of outdoor events for his own and other Scout troops based in Ashted in Surrey (6 camps during 2010). During 2010, Malcolm also ran a Survival camp for 30 scouts aged 11-14 years old, introducing them to the subtle joys of sleeping under a tarpaulin, foraging and other survival skills, and has passed his skills onto other Scout leaders. Malcolm has also recently qualified to lead kayaking events, and has arranged the purchase of new kayaks to enable kayaking trips for the scouts.
