Carney's nomination story

Carney is known for his enthusiasm to make a difference and help people, he's the youth MP for Swindon helping people ages 11-19 get the most out of their life. He has also launched an anti-cyber bullying campaign called 'Keeping It Safe Online'. He is one of twelve 14 to 21 year olds taking part in Channel 4's TV and online Battlefront series, tackling issues that are relevant to today's youth, where they want to make the biggest changes. He is also trained as a `cyber mentor` for the charity Beatbullying.org. Carney is ambitious for himself and for his generation. His dream is to be the first black prime minister and his ambition is for his peers from all ethnicities to have the same opportunities and achieve their personal potential; he is a shining example of this. Having come from a comprehensive in Swindon, he is also studying a BTEC in Business studies at Cirencester College and hopes to go to Oxford University. Although Carney is work and study focussed, he is a loyal and selfless friend.
