Carls shows strength committment and courage by taking on a very active and excitinglifestyle when she was once housebound due to illness.i received a kidney transplant in 2001 from my sister. i attended the transplant games the year after receiving a national bronze medal. this gave me the drive and motivation to continue to exercise and i hope when reaching my 40th birthday to do the London marathon raising funds for the local kidney charity I hope to continue to work on my webpage to help patients understand and enjoy the importance of exercise and enjoying life. i learned to manage and publish the website 2 years ago and provide this service and my time for free i feel that i will represent a part of the community i am involved with; the gym the patients association and a close relationship with friends&family. it will be an honour to carry the torch for them all!
