6 years ago I fell 40ft from a ski lift onto compacted ice. I dislocated ankles, broke both legs and my arm. During my rehabilitation period it made me realize how difficult it was for me to return to my sports and for others less able to become involved in sport. This was the start of my journey to where I am today. At present I have numerous ideas on how I want to progress over the next few years and have set myself a number of goals and targets. I have divided these into four main categories*;

- Fundraising for various charities

- Volunteering/Coaching

- Academics Studies
