Excellence - she has 100% attendance record still since starting at JOG. She has just come 2nd in Wiltshire Cross Country. She excels in academic subjects as well as in music and sports, and gives 100% to all she does Friendship/equality - She has a lovely circle of friends and is always welcoming for anyone at all to join.Courage/determination- Since starting at JOG (literally day 1!) she has always been involved in clubs for all years, in her recent cross country she was ill the night before and left a voicemail to say she was poorly but was going to bed early! But yet still attended and came 2nd in the whole of Wiltshire!Respect - Caitlin truly respects all around her. I have seen Caitlin pick up litter and place it in the bin and she is so polite to all around her.Inspiration to all around her! Teachers and students!
