Cairon Berry

Cairon has been a passionate Scout leader for over 17 years and having type 1 diabetes has raised many thousands of pounds she is 37 y oldI have run the London Marathon cycled the Leeds Liverpool canal and my next goal is to enter the Great North Run as I continue to fundraise for Diabetes UK. As a keen Scout Leader for over 15 years I hope to continue to use my passion for outdoor pursuits to motivate young people into taking part in challenging activities such as ghyll scrambling caving canoeing and rock climbing. I also coach and manage a local under 7's football team and hope to use my passion for football to inspire children at a young age to continue to enjoy sport as part of an active and healthy lifestyle.
