Billy Ryan Osborne

Residing in a culture of claiming benefits, Billy sets himself aside and works hard to support himself and his family. This positive attitude makes him a role model for other young people in his community and he transpires this through volunteering for this positive futures project whenever he can. He is an influential mentor to young teams from his estate and relishes the opportunity when doing so. Billy is an asset to his local community.
