Bev Derham

Bev is a colleague of mine who I have worked with now since I joined BMW four years ago. She has sadly suffered from different cancers and tumours for nearly 20 years and has remained such a strong character. I don't know anyone who has had to go through as much as she has. She also has a 15 year old son who she looks after on her own, whilst going through chemotherapy at the moment. Next week she has a major operation to try and remove a tumour she currently has. She is going through a really tough time and when we got these forms I thought to myself, if anyone deserves to do this, it would be Bev. Not only does she stay strong but she is also there for everyone else, and is always thinking of others. If she was to win this nomination, it will give her something to look forward to and keep her going. I don't think there could be a better person to do it.
