Beth Harris

Beth is a team member who is truly customer obsessed, she always goes the extra mile for her customers. She takes every customer challenge that comes through the door and makes it her personal mission to resolve that challenge and ensure that whatever happens the customer leaves the store with a huge smile on their face. In the 9 months that I have been Beth's manager, I have seen her win over many confrontational customers and she has been sent Thank You cards and presents from grateful customers. As a wife of a serving military soldier she helps out on the military base and supports those who have husbands or wives that are away serving in Afghanistan.
