An active lifestyle is the key to any good adventure. It's impossible to not be outdoors meeting people and having fun. I have run a marathon for The Royal British Legion and raised over £6OO. This year i have also spent several months in Africa volunteering in the form of construction and teaching to help local Kenyan communities I then flew to Italy and met a man in the seat next to me who lent me a bike to take back to London which I then cycled home through Milan Pisa Mont Blanc Dijon and Paris camping by the roadside and then returned to him In London. I have previously been skydiving and paragliding on ski's. Each of these particularly sky diving has been something where i knew i would out of my comfort zone but did as I love a challenge and I hope it inspires others to challenge themselves. My dream is to find the next challenge and adventure.
