Belinda Halilaj

Belinda is the most caring, loving and generous person I know. She raised money for the charity 'Reunite' due to her own experience get her young son back when her ex kidnapped him and took him abroad. Thankfully she was sucessful.She shows courage and determination when others thought all hope was lost. She is an extraordinary woman. She loves working for BT and talking to customers and if she can help she will. She regularly goes the extra mile to help not only her customers but also her colleagues. Belinda organises evenings out and will always join in and help out in any charity fundraising event. Belinda is an inspiration!
